1. Terms

By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. All materials on this website are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2.User Eligibility and Registration

The User must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or have obtained valid parental or legal guardian consent for use by minors under their responsibility.

Access to digital content is granted solely as a personal, non-transferable license to the purchasing user. The user shall not share login credentials, grant access to third parties, or allow simultaneous use by multiple individuals unless expressly authorized.

3.Use License an IPR

A limited license is granted to view and, where permitted, temporarily download one copy of the digital content available on the website, including video courses, educational materials, and informational resources, exclusively for personal and non-commercial use. This constitutes the granting of a license and not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, it is not permitted to: modify or copy the content; use the content for commercial purposes or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile, decode, or reverse engineer any technical features of the platform; remove any copyright notices or other proprietary markings from the content; transfer the content to third parties or replicate it (“mirror”) on other servers or platforms.

Upon termination of viewing or expiration of the license, the user must delete any downloaded materials in their possession, whether in electronic or printed form. All content, including but not limited to courses, materials, texts, graphics, trademarks, logos, and platform features, remains the exclusive property of CVBF or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This license shall automatically terminate in the event of any breach of these Terms and may be revoked by CVBF at any time.

Except for any unintentional omissions, all content and sources used on this website are published with the authorization of their respective rights holders or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

If any author or rights holder believes that their material has been used without proper authorization, or that appropriate credit has not been given, they are kindly requested to contact us promptly. We will carry out the necessary review and, where appropriate, take corrective action, including proper attribution or removal of the content, as soon as reasonably possible.

4.Products and Sales

The Site offers digital products, services, and training materials available exclusively online and, where applicable, in limited quantities. All orders are subject to acceptance and verification of billing information. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

5.Payment and Subscription

Registration on the platform is free of charge. Users are responsible for creating and maintaining their own login credentials during the registration process. Registration alone does not grant access to any courses or training programs.

Access to courses is granted only upon completion of the applicable enrolment or purchase process through the platform, which may include payment of a fee where applicable. Certain courses may be offered free of charge or subject to different access conditions at CVBF’s sole discretion. CVBF reserves the right to determine the availability, pricing, and access conditions of any course at any time and is under no obligation to provide free content.

Once the applicable enrolment or purchase process has been successfully completed, access to the relevant course will be made available within the User’s account.The payments must be processed using secure payment methods. CVBF uses the PayPal platform to manage its e-commerce transactions. CVBF does not have access to, nor does it store, customers’ financial or payment information.

6.Access Duration

Unless otherwise expressly provided at the time of purchase or set forth in a separate written agreement, the User’s access to their personal account shall remain available for as long as the platform operated by the Company remains active and accessible.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, deactivate, or permanently delete a User account in the event of twenty-four (24) consecutive months of inactivity or in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable contractual provisions.

Access to individual courses, including course materials and related digital content, shall be governed by the specific terms and conditions indicated in the description of each course at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified in the course description, access to the course content shall remain available until the User completes the final assessment or test required for the issuance of the course completion certificate.

Any conditions relating to the repeatability of the course, re-access to course materials, or the possibility of retaking examinations or assessments shall be governed exclusively by the provisions specified in the description of the relevant course.

Different access conditions may apply in the case of corporate, institutional, or bulk purchases, where specific contractual agreements have been executed between CVBF and the purchasing entity. Upon expiration of the applicable access period, access to the content may be suspended or terminated without entitlement to refund.

Access does not imply perpetual ownership of the content but constitutes a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license subject to these Terms.

7.Disclaimer

The materials on CVBF's web site are provided 'as is'. CVBF makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, CVBF does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

8.Limitations

In no event shall CVBF or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CVBF's Internet site, even if CVBF or a CVBF authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Consumer Rights

If the user qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

For digital content supplied online, the user acknowledges that performance may begin immediately after purchase potentially waiving withdrawal rights where legally permitted.

In accordance with Art. 59, comma 1, lett. o) del D.Lgs. 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Codice del Consumo), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of digital content delivered via non-physical means, including but not limited to video courses, on-demand lessons, memberships, and subscriptions.

By purchasing digital content with immediate access, the User:

  The user expressly consents to immediate commencement of the service;

  The user acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once access is granted

10. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on CVBF's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. CVBF does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. CVBF may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. CVBF does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. The CVBF carefully selects the published links; however, such external sites are independent from the CVBF and are not under its control. Therefore, the CVBF is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these sites. The presence of external links does not constitute endorsement or recommendation by the CVBF.
